All Bysage orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
Bali Orders:

International Orders:
FedEx or DHL – 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs processing.
For international orders, a flat shipping fee of USD $20 will be charged at checkout.

We accept returns for items purchased from BYSÂGE provided they are in new condition, with tags and liners intact, and in their original packaging.
Returns are eligible for store credit equivalent to the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a store credit notification will be sent via email.

Items may be exchanged for a different item of the same value, subject to availability. If you wish to upgrade to a higher-priced item, you may do so by paying the price difference.
